We are excited to be part of one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the United States: the SR400 Express Lanes Project, a $4.6B development led in collaboration with key state transportation agencies.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in complex construction environments and knows how to turn ambitious plans into reality.

🎯 Your Mission

Lead construction projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently achieved.

🏗️ Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of construction projects
• Budget control, forecasting, and financial oversight
• Coordination of clients, architects, contractors, and project teams
• Schedule management and risk mitigation
• Quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders

👤 What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through delivery
• Minimum 3 years leading teams, contractors, or subcontractors
• Strong understanding of contracts, construction methods, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• PMP certification is a strong plus
