Manage all employee and dependent visa processes, including new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness, family sponsorships, and business visit visas.
Process labour contracts, work permits, employment offers, labour card amendments, and other employment-related transactions while liaising with ICP, MOHRE, TAMM, Abu Dhabi Police, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and other government authorities.
Prepare HR documentation, including salary certificates, employment certificates, NOCs, experience letters, visa letters, bank letters, and other employee correspondence.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR databases, visa documentation, company SIM card records, and other confidential HR information.
Coordinate employee accommodation, transportation, catering, uniforms, and other welfare services, working closely with accommodation management and external service providers.
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, quotations, purchase orders, monthly supplier invoice verification and reconciliation, payment requests, petty cash, and Reward & Recognition (R&R) voucher records.
Administer the company ADNOC account, including account recharges, Smart Tag/ADNOC Tag issuance and removal, and monthly usage reporting.
Coordinate Abu Dhabi Pension registrations, additions, deletions, monthly reporting, employee medical insurance administration, and employee banking documentation.
Monitor the validity and timely renewal of visas, Emirates IDs, passports, labour permits, insurance policies, company licences, and other statutory documents.
Prepare regular reports relating to HR administration, visas, accommodation, transportation, pension, vendor management, and related administrative activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries relating to HR administration, documentation, government services, and employee support.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and all applicable government regulations.
