be able to approach complex tasks in a structured manner and work on them in a pragmatic and solution-orientated way. Those who has already demonstrated his/her/their implementation skills in studies or in practice is preferred. -

have very good communication skills in languages mentioned below.

have a high level of customer orientation and strong analytical and conceptual skills. Transcript: students with transcripts showing their outstanding academic achievements (China GPA ＞= 85/100; German GPA ＜= 2.1; or other GPA systems equivalent) will be highly preferred. Students with more than 6 months overseas experience(s) (exchange study, overseas intern, overseas gap year, etc.) are preferred. Students with previous practice experience(s) at Fortune 500 companies, consultancy firms, investment bankings, governmental institutions, etc. are preferred. Language: fluent English in speaking and writing as basic requirement. German for Chinese native speakers or Chinese for non-Chinese native speakers is a big plus. Besides common internship programs, bachelor/master/project thesis is also welcomed.
