We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events & Client Engagement Coordinator to manage events, strengthen client relationships, and support engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for planning and executing events while ensuring excellent client experience and strong stakeholder engagement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, client meetings, workshops, and engagement activities.

• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, vendors, schedules, materials, and on-site coordination.

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients to ensure smooth communication and positive experience.

• Support client onboarding, engagement programs, and relationship-building initiatives.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver impactful events and campaigns.

• Prepare event proposals, presentations, timelines, and post-event reports.

• Track event performance, feedback, and engagement metrics.

• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and procurement of event-related services.

• Ensure all events align with brand standards and client expectations.

• Handle troubleshooting and on-ground problem-solving during events.

• Maintain accurate records of clients, events, and engagement activities.

• Support marketing initiatives that enhance client experience and brand visibility.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in events management, client services, marketing, or hospitality is preferred.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage clients and stakeholders professionally and confidently.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with event planning tools, CRM systems, or project management tools is an advantage.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or event days when required.

• Creative mindset with a customer-focused approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
