About the Role
We are supporting our client on a search for a Content Writer to join a fully remote marketing team. This is a hands-on writing seat - blogs, landing pages, email, and social - across the full content funnel. You will own drafts end-to-end, work with SEO on structure, and interview internal SMEs to turn expertise into content that actually converts.
Compensation
$55,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
What You Will Do
- Write blog posts, landing pages, product one-pagers, email sequences, and social copy
- Own end-to-end drafts: brief, research, outline, write, self-edit, ship
- Adapt voice for different audiences - technical readers, execs, everyday consumers
- Partner with SEO on target keywords and on-page structure
- Turn subject-matter interviews into clean, punchy long-form content
- Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and iterate
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of professional writing - agency, in-house, or strong freelance portfolio
- Portfolio with at least 5 published pieces in different formats
- Comfortable interviewing SMEs and turning raw quotes into narrative
- SEO fluency - keyword research, on-page structure, meta basics
- Fast, self-editing writer who takes feedback well
- Bonus: B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce experience
