Description
We are seeking a Financial Reporting & FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support the Group’s financial reporting, planning, analysis, and performance monitoring activities. The role offers exposure to consolidated reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, management accounts, cash flow monitoring, and ad-hoc strategic finance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and update business plans for each Group entity, including the development and maintenance of financial models covering Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key performance indicators.
- Support the preparation of annual consolidated and stand-alone financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Participate in the monthly management accounts process, including analysis, commentary, and preparation of professional management presentations.
- Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and KPI reporting.
- Maintain and monitor detailed monthly cash flow models, supporting effective liquidity and working capital management.
- Assist with ad-hoc Group reporting requirements and participate in finance-related projects, including due diligence processes, financing transactions, and the issuance of financial instruments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, analytical tools, and internal reporting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, FP&A, accounting, audit, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, IFRS principles, and business performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex financial data.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, structured, and professional financial presentations.
