We are expanding our delivery team and looking for a motivated Data and Reporting Intern to support our reporting and data management activities on a part-time, remote basis.
The Role
This internship is open to both final-year students and recent graduates who are looking to develop practical skills in data handling, reporting, and visualisation within a real professional setting. You will work alongside our experienced team, contributing to live reporting projects and building a strong foundation in data workflows and business reporting tools.
Duration: 3 months
Working hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hourly rate: £16.00 per hour
Work arrangement: Fully remote

Your Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organise, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
- Support the development and maintenance of automated and manual reports for internal and client-facing use
- Build and update dashboards using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Write and run SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relevant databases
- Conduct data quality checks and flag inconsistencies or anomalies to the team
- Assist in preparing structured data summaries and visual presentations of findings
- Support the documentation of reporting processes and data definitions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting outputs
What We Are Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualisation
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualisation tools
- Familiarity with data cleaning and preparation techniques
- A methodical and detail-oriented approach to working with data
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines in a remote environment
