The Function Purpose

Respond to consumer banking client’s phone inquiries and execute their banking transactions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls.
  • Hear and address clients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote new products and services.
  • Gather feedback of customer issues and concerns about procedures and products and deliver them to the concerned Management.
