Job Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead brand management activities for Raw African and Bodiz, ensuring strong brand positioning and consistency.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, content strategy, influencer collaborations, and online community engagement.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Innovation, and other stakeholders to support business growth.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and external suppliers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and innovation.
What We're Looking For

• Strong track record of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into effective marketing strategies and business results.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities driven by data and performance metrics.
• 10 to 15 years of marketing experience, with experience in personal care, cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries considered a strong advantage.
