Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Operations Specialist to join our Service division in Gauteng. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in operations while representing one of the world's leading machinery manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Branch construction, including lease contract signing, expense budget preparation, expenditure control, invoice sorting and reimbursement;
• Communication, implementation, and self-inspection of company branch management systems and compliance requirements, branch 6S on-site management; branch office asset inventory and facility equipment inspection and repair reporting
• Machine/spare parts receiving, shipping, inventory counting, and checking inventory operation standardization and book-inventory consistency;
• Reception of customers and external parties, daily interaction with landlords and partners

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field;
• 2+ years in after-sales service, asset management or financial management;
• Strong execution; and
• Strong cooperation with upper management.
