We are looking for a Senior GL Accountant (f/m) to join our finance team in Łódź.
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation and posting of journal entries
- Maintenance and monitoring of accruals and deferrals
- Participation in internal and external audit processes
- Execution of month-end closing activities
- Management and maintenance of fixed assets
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including analysis and clearing of open items
- Preparation of statutory reports
- Handling of intercompany transactions, including matching and recharges across group entities
- Internal reporting and HFM in compliance with IFRS
- Support for tax reporting and related compliance documentation
- Accounting for finance and operating leases
- Gradually taking ownership of selected accounting areas as the role develops
- Participation in ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
Our Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting/GL
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong motivation for learning and personal development
- Proven sense of responsibility and engagement
- Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP is a plus
