What You'll Do
HR Support
- Assist with recruitment coordination: job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling
- Support the onboarding experience for new hires, from paperwork to first-day readiness
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with internal HR communications and staff-related administrative matters
- Use AI and digital tools to streamline scheduling, documentation, and routine HR processes
Office Administration
- Keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly
- Manage vendor relationships and office supplies
- Apply technology to reduce manual work and improve efficiency across the office
Finance Support
- Assist with invoicing, billing coordination, and collections tracking
- Support financial file management to help maintain healthy cash flow
- Use automation tools to flag deadlines and keep financial processes on track
