We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop the team while continuously improving the way we serve our customers.
What you'll do:
• Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team
• Improve service quality, processes, and customer satisfaction
• Handle complex customer issues and escalations
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey
• Build a strong customer-first culture across the team
• Work closely with leadership to drive customer experience initiatives
What we're looking for:
• Experience managing a Customer Service or Customer Experience team
• Strong coaching and people management skills
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
