We have 2 sides to us and this role sits amongst our sister agency at Serious About Socials, we help businesses stand out online through creative content, strategic social media management, and engaging campaigns that actually deliver results. From filming behind-the-scenes content to launching campaigns for exciting brands, no two days are ever the same.
We're looking for a passionate Junior Social Media Manager who's eager to learn, loves creating content, and wants to build a career in digital marketing.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Junior Social Media Manager, you'll support the team across a variety of clients by:
- Creating engaging social media content (photo & video)
- Editing Reels, TikToks and short-form videos
- Scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Writing captions that match each client's brand voice
- Assisting on content shoots and client days
- Researching trends, audio and content ideas
- Engaging with online communities
- Assisting with monthly reporting and analytics
- Brainstorming campaign ideas with the team
- Helping ensure every client receives an exceptional experience
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a genuine passion for social media and content creation
- Are confident filming on an iPhone and using a camera
- Someone confident being on camera
- Have experience editing videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Have strong written communication skills
- Are organised and can manage multiple deadlines
- Take initiative and enjoy problem solving
- Are willing to learn and accept feedback
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence and have reliable transport
- Are available to attend client shoots around the Illawarra and Sydney when required
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Photography experience
- Meta Business Suite knowledge
- LinkedIn marketing experience
- Copywriting experience
- A portfolio of social media content you've created
