As Performance Manager, you would own paid media strategy and delivery across a portfolio of retail and eCommerce accounts, the kind running serious monthly spend. Cross-channel is the whole game: Search, Social, Display and Video, across Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic, with Performance Max and Advantage+ front and centre. You would front the client relationship, plan and pace the budgets, feed into new business pitches, and bring on the specialists coming up behind you.

What you'll own

  • Lead paid media strategy and delivery across a portfolio of retail and eCommerce accounts
  • Drive cross-channel performance across Search, Social, Display and Video
  • Plan and pace six-figure monthly budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic
  • Own the client relationship and turn campaign data into decisions clients trust
  • Feed performance insight into new business pitches
  • Mentor and grow the specialists in your team

What good looks like

  • You've run performance campaigns for 4+ years, agency-side, across Google, Meta and programmatic
  • You've handled retail or eCommerce accounts with monthly budgets north of $100k
  • You know Performance Max and Advantage+ well enough to make the automation work for you, not the other way round
  • You're fluent in GA4 and comfortable with Merchant Centre and feed optimisation
  • You read campaign data fast and explain it in a way clients act on
