We're looking for a hands-on Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement operations — from strategic sourcing and supplier relationships to customs compliance and inventory planning. You'll be the engine that keeps our supply chain running smoothly.
What you'll own:
🏬 Strategic sourcing — Manage the full supplier lifecycle: negotiate pricing, rebates, and contracts, and qualify alternative sources to reduce supply risk.
📋 Order management — Oversee the full PO cycle across air and sea freight, keeping order trackers updated and flagging issues proactively.
📦 Inventory planning — Refine demand forecasts using sales data and trends, balancing freshness and shelf-life against service levels.
📄 Customs & compliance — Ensure all import documentation is in order, manage customs clearance, and stay current on Singapore food safety regulations.
👥 Team leadership — Lead and mentor the purchasing team, set KPIs, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
🤝 Key relationships — Serve as the trusted contact for top customers and suppliers; partner closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and QA.
