You’ll be working remotely from home within a small, dedicated international team, in a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. Our primary markets are Canada and the United Kingdom, but the role can be performed fully remotely from anywhere in the world.

📣 About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing remote team. There will be a 2 to 3 months training and selection period, where you will undergo training and also selection. If you successfully pass this period you will join our team on a longer term.

You don't need to have previous marketing experience as you will be provided training. The training and selection period would be paid (half of the normal monthly pay).

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about using digital channels to deliver real-world impact.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Design and build ad creatives: static visuals, carousels, reels, videos, and motion graphics
• Oversee SEO and keyword strategy to improve website visibility
• Create or coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages, and social media
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
• Manage email marketing platforms and automation workflows (Zapier, etc)
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Self-starter comfortable with remote work, deadlines, and autonomy
