Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, or systems with speed and accuracy
  • Verify data for completeness, correctness, and compliance with company standards
  • Perform routine audits and quality checks on entered data
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Retrieve and process documents, reports, and other information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software
  • Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
