We are a small, specialist recruitment business focused on a very specific type of client - high-growth AI and SaaS startups in New York City who need the best GTM talent to scale and they can't afford to get hires wrong.

Mostly all our work is retained or exclusive, and most work comes through referrals and reputation. Roles that come in usually are brand new, exciting and great to pitch to candidates.

We support tech startups backed by some of the biggest names in the world, a16z, YC, NEA, Pantera Capital, Balderton, Dunamu, AppWorks, Uncorrelated Ventures.

Why this role exists

The Founder's biggest constraint on growth right now is sourcing and screening time - and that's where you come in. You'll own candidate delivery across our roles. The majority of volume is across leadership, sales, marketing and customer success hires. You'll work directly with the founder and be existing client facing.

What you'll be doing

• Hunt down and deliver top-tier candidates for your assigned roles, while partnering with our 360 Recruiters to crack the toughest, most complex searches.
• Own the candidate journey end to end, keeping people engaged, informed, and excited at every stage of the interview process.
• Locating and sourcing the best candidates on the market for the specific searches
• Run a tight ship in Recruiterflow CRM and Slack - 100% accurate lead tracking and crystal-clear ownership, every time.

What we are looking for

• Solid recruitment experience in agency, RPO, or in-house, with a background placing talent into high-bar, high-growth tech startups - ideally AI, SaaS, or B2B product companies
• Real sourcing and headhunting ability, you find candidates who would not apply to job boards and are not searching at the minute
• Impeccable standards when it comes to candidate management
• Confident and credible on a call with senior, sought-after candidates - warm and natural, not scripted
• A quality over volume mindset - you'd rather send three outstanding candidates than fifteen average ones
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving, founder-led environment where pace is high and standards are higher

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: €1000 - €2000
• OTE: €2000 - €4000 (1 placement made per month)
