  • 5+ years of experience in precision CNC machining environments
  • Active hands-on experience creating, updating, or modifying engineering drawings using CAD software
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and blueprint interpretation
  • Experience working with tight-tolerance machining applications
  • Knowledge of machining materials such as titanium, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, or other specialty metals
  • Familiarity with SPC methodologies and quality systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, programming, quality, and engineering teams

Preferred Experience

  • Aerospace, medical device, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing backgrounds
  • CAD/CAM software experience such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar platforms
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure
  • Experience supporting process validation and first article inspections
  • Experience with tooling design, fixture design, or manufacturability improvements
