Join our dynamic team as a Regional Project Engineer and become a vital driver of construction excellence across multiple project sites within your designated region. This energetic role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. As a key player in our construction management team, you will coordinate resources, oversee project schedules, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve outstanding results. Your expertise will help shape the future of infrastructure development while advancing your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Locations: Burr Ridge, IL and Phoenix, AZ.

Duties:

  • You will lead post-sale project execution to support growth and customer retention
  • Partner with business development and account managers to expand and sustain accounts
  • Report to Director of National Business Development
  • Further, you will support engineering and technical activities for project installation and execution
  • Conduct plant assessments, provide reports, and manage follow-up actions
  • Oversee project execution and startup
  • Support industries including food and beverage, manufacturing, chemicals, steel, glass, combustion, aerospace, automotive, and water treatment
  • And you will build relationships with customer technical teams, consultants, contractors, engineering firms, and vendors
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to prospecting and growth initiatives
  • Support renewals and customer retention

Qualifications:

  • You have an Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, or industrial preferred)
  • More than seven (7+) years of experience in project management, business development, or related field
  • Further, more than five (5+) years in industrial gases or related industries
  • You are able to travel over 50%
  • Proficient in project management tools, preferably Microsoft Project

Salary:

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $61,669 to $90,448.

The salary range listed reflects the national range; final offer will depend on location and qualifications.
