Description

As a Digital Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in the marketing team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms. Your primary goal will be to maximize the effectiveness of our digital media investments by selecting the right media channels, negotiating deals, and monitoring campaign performance to achieve our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish clear campaign objectives.
  • Media Buying and Negotiation: Research and evaluate media channels, including but not limited to display, social media, search, programmatic, and video advertising. Negotiate media placements and ad space to secure the best possible rates and terms.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute media plans, ensuring they are in line with the overall marketing strategy. Set up and launch digital advertising campaigns using advertising platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions, such as adjusting targeting, creative, and bid strategies.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Communicate progress toward KPIs and campaign goals to the marketing team and leadership.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital media budgets effectively, ensuring that spending remains within allocated limits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a digital media buyer or a similar role in digital advertising.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ad tech and programmatic advertising is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising best practices.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
