A Snapshot of your day As an Equipment Specialist, you will oversee the operational efficiency of production equipment, coordinate maintenance and calibration processes, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. You will manage spare parts inventory, lead shift operations, and collaborate with planning teams to optimize energy efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.

• Lead shift operations and ensure balanced workload distribution among employees.
• Coordinate version updates for production equipment and monitor implementation.
• Request materials and equipment in line with organizational processes.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities for equipment.
• Ensure machines operate according to occupational safety procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and improve equipment efficiency.
• Conduct studies and reports to reduce equipment-related downtimes.

What will you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
