Job Description

We are seeking a Vendor Supply Marketing expert to drive optimization of our full-funnel inbound lead generation across Europe (Foodora) and Turkey (Yemeksepeti). This role requires a powerhouse marketer who can balance Paid Performance Channels with a forward-thinking organic strategy—spanning traditional SEO and emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)—to ensure our vendor acquisition funnel remains highly visible, authoritative, and cost-effective across all search and discovery platforms.

  • Multi-Channel Acquisition: Manage and execute a balanced inbound mix. While scaling paid marketing campaigns (specifically paid social and search), simultaneously oversee the organic roadmap to drive sustainable, low-cost vendor leads.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Optimize localized landing pages, blogs, and signup flows to rank for high-intent B2B search terms across Turkey and the EU, ensuring a healthy, organic top-of-funnel pipeline.
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Anticipate the future of search by structuring web content, data, and brand citations so that our vendor programs are actively recommended by AI search engines, LLMs, and conversational bots.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze and optimize user journeys across paid and organic entry points; utilize rigorous A/B testing to streamline the path from first interaction to lead generation.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Domain knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns (online, offline, influencer) tailored specifically to the supply side of dual-sided digital marketplaces.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product divisions to build optimize the Inbound Lead Generation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record of managing both paid and organic B2B acquisition channels.
  • Deep technical & strategic knowledge of SEO best practices (including on-page, technical, and local SEO nuances across diverse European markets).
  • Familiarity with GEO tactics is a strong plus, including content optimization for AI retrieval, structured schema data, and maintaining brand authority in AI-generated search results.
  • Data & Budget Ownership: Expert handling of paid performance channels, budget allocation, and ROAS tracking.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to accurately measure experimental impact on lead generation performance.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken) to collaborate across our regional and international teams. Ability to converse in Turkish is a strong plus.
