Gloria Jeans is one of the leading fashion retailers in Eastern Europe, with ambitious international growth plans. We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our Founder in Dubai.

Responsabilities:
- Managing the Founder's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Organizing domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handling emails and correspondence, prioritizing communications when needed.
- Acting as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Managing personal and business-related administrative tasks.
- Preparing documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Following up on action items and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinating with external suppliers and service providers.
- Assisting with confidential and ad hoc projects as they arise.
- Helping optimize the Founder's daily workflow and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements
- Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Currently based in Dubai and available to start immediately
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience is not required; motivated recent graduates and entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply
