Prepare and maintain Hug Engineering emission certificates
Act as project manager for the different types of certification activities
Interact with the technical experts to ensure the viability of Hug Engineering products in terms of emission requirements
Maintain Hug Engineering regulation landscape
Interact with regulation bodies and class societies
Contribute to development and maintenance of Hug Engineering products
YOUR PROFILE:
Successfully completed degree in mechanical or process engineering or comparable
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the marine industry preferably in link with Class societies
Knowledge of internal combustion engine and exhaust gas purifying process
Knowledge of IMO regulation and compliance is an advantage
Good command of English spoken and written
Ability to analyze technical risks in relation to product emissions
Ability to assess and update business practices regarding certification and marine regulation
Strong analytical thinking, teamwork and communication skills
A hands-on mentality combined with a structured and methodical approach to work
