PTW Engineer - Freelancers only

We are seeking a qualified and experienced PTW (Permit to Work) Engineer to join our team on a contractual basis in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system for site operations.
• Review, issue, monitor, suspend, and close work permits in accordance with project and HSE requirements.
• Ensure all permits comply with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable safety standards.
• Coordinate with construction, operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure safe execution of work.
• Verify that all required risk assessments, method statements, and isolations are in place before work begins.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with permit conditions.
• Maintain accurate PTW records and documentation.
• Support HSE audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of PTW processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in PTW coordination within the civil & construction sector.
• Good knowledge of PTW systems, HSE regulations, risk assessments, and isolation procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• This is a contractual position. Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa (Freelance Visa or Dependent Visa).
