Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract as 3rd party payroll to support marketing operations, product development projects, and communication activities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in building a career in marketing within an international company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on projects with local and global marketing teams
  • Support new product development (NPD) projects and product launch preparations
  • Assist in packaging development and approval processes
  • Coordinate project timelines and follow-up actions across different departments
  • Support website updates, CRM activities, and marketing content implementation
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Participate in local and international meetings and ensure follow-up of agreed actions
  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Global Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support the execution and follow-up of marketing communication activities and campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must
  • Strong presentation and representation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on projects, and ensure timely execution
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, on-site position (no hybrid work option)
  • 12-month fixed-term contract and 3rd party payroll
