WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:

  • Lead a team of 10+ employees carrying out electrical installation works in industrial projects and data centres.
  • Ensure smooth project execution and monitor work progress.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and provide timely updates to the Site Manager.
  • Control material requirements and submit orders to the client.
  • Communicate with Project Managers and Client Representatives.
  • Work on international assignments, typically 4–6 weeks on-site followed by 1–2 weeks of rest in Lithuania.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Education in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or Electrotechnics.
  • At least 1 year of experience in team leadership and work organization within industrial projects.
  • Good command of English and intermediate Russian language skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Motivation to grow, innovate, and lead others.

Additionally, the following certifications would be considered an advantage:

  • VCA / VCA-VOL
  • SSG
  • IPAF

Salary

€18–20/hour net.
