WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Lead a team of 10+ employees carrying out electrical installation works in industrial projects and data centres.
- Ensure smooth project execution and monitor work progress.
- Maintain high-quality standards and provide timely updates to the Site Manager.
- Control material requirements and submit orders to the client.
- Communicate with Project Managers and Client Representatives.
- Work on international assignments, typically 4–6 weeks on-site followed by 1–2 weeks of rest in Lithuania.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Education in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or Electrotechnics.
- At least 1 year of experience in team leadership and work organization within industrial projects.
- Good command of English and intermediate Russian language skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Motivation to grow, innovate, and lead others.
Additionally, the following certifications would be considered an advantage:
Salary
€18–20/hour net.
