About the Project
Join Grid Dynamics to build a next-generation enterprise AI platform for a leading fintech client. The platform enables secure, cloud-native deployment of AI agents across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This is a hands-on Staff-level individual contributor role with significant influence on architecture and technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Design and drive the architecture of a scalable AI platform.
- Build and optimize production LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
- Lead key technical decisions across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, security, and multi-tenant architecture.
- Write high-quality code, review implementations, and mentor senior engineers.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and deployment teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including Staff, Principal, or equivalent technical leadership.
- Strong production experience with LLM applications, AI agents, and RAG.
- Expert Python and solid TypeScript skills.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong AWS experience (Azure or GCP is a plus).
- Practical experience with authentication, authorization, and OWASP Top 10.
- Excellent architectural and communication skills.
- English: B2+
