Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in leading the Online-to-Offline (O2O) Customer Experience transformation for McDonald’s Singapore. In this role, you will support the McDonald’s app lead in executing app initiatives, driving engagement through deals and rewards, supporting digital campaigns and ensuring seamless communication and reporting processes.

What you will be doing:

a) App Engagement:

  • Planning and optimise deals calendar on a weekly basis or as needed
  • Reviewing, setting up and testing of Deals, Rewards and app content tiles
  • Working with agencies on creative adaptations for the app
  • Ensure communication plans for Restaurant Execution of promotions are complete includes developing content and utilising internal communication tools to communicate to the field in a timely manner

b) Reporting and administrative:

  • Collate data to aid Managers’ monthly reporting for Loyalty, CRM & App performance
  • Processing of invoices
  • Collating of store communications

c) Marketing Campaign (Digital Campaign):

  • Support the Digital Team’s marketing campaigns where needed

Requirements:

  • Has good time management and project management skills
  • A strong team player who collaborates well across functional teams and stakeholders
  • Curious, task-oriented and a self-starter who embraces uncertainty
  • Adopts a growth mindset and seeks solutions rather than shying away from problems
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
