Position Overview:
The Creative & Multimedia Content Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality visual and multimedia content that enhances REDC's brand and supports its marketing and communication objectives. The role applies expertise in video production, photography, motion graphics, and graphic design to create engaging content for executive education audiences while ensuring consistency, creativity, and adherence to brand standards across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Content Development
- Develop and execute multimedia content concepts and creative solutions of multimedia content for REDC-LUMS, ensuring alignment with brand identity, visual language, and executive education positioning.
- Translate marketing briefs, programme calendars, and audience insights into compelling visual narratives across video, motion graphics, static design, infographics, GIFs, and digital assets.
- Maintain and support the evolution of REDC's design standards and brand guidelines across digital, print, and presentation touchpoints.
Video Production & Post-Production
- Plan and execute high-quality video and photography content for programme promotions, testimonials, thought-leadership features, event recaps, social media campaigns, executive programmes, faculty, facilities, and institutional events.
- Manage the full post-production process, including editing, colour grading, audio refinement, motion graphics integration, quality assurance, and platform-specific delivery.
- Support scripting, shoot planning, and direction for recordings involving senior executives, faculty, participants, and stakeholders.
Design & Visual Communication
- Create sophisticated, publication-ready design assets for digital platforms, printed collateral, presentation decks, websites, email marketing, and social media channels.
- Develop animated and interactive visual content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, and other campaign platforms.
Production Operations & Asset Management
- Manage concurrent media and design projects from brief intake and pre-production planning through execution, review, delivery, and archiving, while ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Maintain a structured and searchable digital asset library, ensuring organised archiving, version control, and easy retrieval of creative assets.
- Oversee calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inventory management of media equipment, and recommend upgrades where required.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal teams, faculty, programme teams, and other units to align creative outputs with strategic communication and marketing goals.
- Present creative concepts, incorporate feedback iteratively, and ensure final outputs meet stakeholder expectations and brand standards.
- Brief and manage external vendors, freelancers, or agencies when required, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Knowledge & Skills:
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Audit
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for professional colour grading and audio post-production.
- Strong command of motion graphics design; experience with Cinema 4D or similar 3D tools is a plus.
- Expertise in camera systems (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting setups, and professional audio recording equipment.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platform specifications (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, email) for optimised content delivery.
- Ability to operate across Mac and Windows environments.
Design & Creative Capabilities
- Highly developed visual design sensibility with a mature, corporate-executive aesthetic suited to premium professional education.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles: composition, narrative arc, pacing, colour theory, and typography.
- Ability to produce design-led content across diverse formats simultaneously — video, static, motion, interactive.
Leadership & Professional Skills
- Proven ability to self-manage end-to-end creative projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple concurrent deliverables across varied timelines.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film/Television Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from an HEC-recognised institution.
- Preferably, a master's degree or additional certification in Motion Design, Creative Direction, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in multimedia production, including strong demonstrable expertise in both video production and graphic/digital design, preferably in a corporate, agency, or institutional setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end multimedia projects, including video productions, motion graphics, static and graphic design work, is mandatory.
