What awaits you in this role

  • Manage corporate communication activities and develop communication plans to strengthen company reputation and stakeholder perception.
  • Monitor communication risks and support crisis communication processes by coordinating media, public, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare press releases, senior management communication materials, presentations, speeches, and corporate content.
  • Develop content for media, digital channels, and social media to increase the visibility of company activities, investments, and operational initiatives.
  • Manage media relations and maintain strong relationships with national and local media.
  • Plan and coordinate content production processes including video, photography, and field communication activities.
  • Transform technical and operational information into clear, reliable, and audience-friendly communication messages.
  • Follow field operations, identify communication opportunities, and highlight success stories and best practices.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, senior management, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Support corporate reporting processes, communication performance tracking, and strategic project communications.
  • Support company representation and visibility at sectoral events, organizations, and stakeholder engagements.

What we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Experience in corporate communications, media relations, reputation management, or similar functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and impactful content.
  • Knowledge and experience in crisis communication and reputation management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to translate technical and operational topics into clear, understandable, and effective communication messages.
  • Experience in content creation, media monitoring, and communication reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, senior management, external agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work based in Zonguldak and travel within the region and across different locations when required.
