As a Recruitment Specialist, you will join the United Imaging Europe HR team and play a key role in shaping and executing talent strategies to support our expansion across Europe. You will bring strong expertise in talent attraction, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation, while also contributing to broader HR initiatives and projects.

This is more than a recruitment role — it’s an opportunity to influence talent strategy, partner with senior leaders, and create meaningful candidate experiences across diverse markets.

In this dynamic, international role, you will:

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple European countries
  • Drive employer branding activities such as LinkedIn presence, talent storytelling, employee advocacy, and supporting recruitment marketing activities and local recruitment campaigns to strengthen visibility in key European markets
  • Partner closely with business leaders to shape hiring strategies and define what great talent looks like
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent using creative sourcing techniques and market insights
  • Deliver thoughtful and structured candidate assessments and interviews
  • Orchestrate seamless interview processes across regions and stakeholders
  • Build strong talent pipelines to support both current and future business growth
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on onboarding and workforce planning strategies
  • Contribute and deliver broader HR initiatives and projects.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within MedTech or a similar complex industry
  • Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives, including collaboration with marketing/HR, supporting campaigns, and strengthening employer value proposition across different markets
  • Proven success hiring across multiple European markets
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, tools, and talent engagement
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
