In a rapidly changing regulatory environment, you will be required to apply physics from first principles and knowledge of cutting-edge technology to create high-performance PU hardware. We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to join the ERS Power unit Energy Store Design Team and our Gas Exchange team.
Key responsibilities of our Mechanical Engineer
- sDelivering Engineering solutions to the agreed specification, program plan and cost
- .Investigating, containing and resolving faults to ensure there is no negative impact to the running of Power Units
- .Creating, collating, and communicating the Engineering direction to the key stake holders
- .Creating and releasing detailed engineering models and technical drawings using Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- .Removing mechanical limitations to performance development and deployment
- .Actively contributing to the team’s and departments development

- rsPrevious experience in developing detailed requirements from an Engineering scop
- e.Competence in using one of the main CAD packages to produce 3D models and 2D Engineering drawing
- s.Working experience in delivering Engineering direction when presented with imperfect da
