Responsibilities May Include
- Assisting with security monitoring, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Supporting network administration activities, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, documenting network configurations, and assisting with infrastructure upgrades.
- Participating in server, cloud, and endpoint management tasks.
- Helping maintain system documentation, asset inventories, and operational procedures in Halo and BAI.
- Monitoring system health, performance, and operational alerts. (PRTG)
- Collaborating with engineers to gain practical experience and support business operations/
This position is intended to provide exposure to a wide range of enterprise infrastructure technologies while developing foundational skills in cybersecurity, networking, and systems engineering.
