About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Manufacturing Engineer to lead projects from concept through production. In this role, you’ll ensure products meet customer requirements while driving quality, efficiency, and operational excellence across the facility.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to bring new products to market and continuously improve manufacturing processes—all in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead manufacturing and customer projects from design through production launch
  • Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and assemblies using SolidWorks
  • Manage engineering changes, revisions, and PDM systems
  • Develop bills of materials (BOMs), work instructions, and process documentation
  • Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures
  • Provide technical expertise in tube fabrication, bending, and hydraulic assemblies
  • Partner with internal teams and customers on new product introductions
  • Support supplier sourcing, costing, and technical requirements
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support PPAPs, quality systems, and engineering standards

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of manufacturing or product engineering experience
  • Advanced SolidWorks skills (modeling, assemblies, drawings)
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and revision control
  • Experience with metal fabrication, tubing, or hydraulic systems
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer drawings
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience in hydraulic, fluid power, or industrial manufacturing

⭐ Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems

⭐ Experience with PPAP and customer-specific requirements

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily desk-based with occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs)
