Your Role: As a Senior Project Manager in Contract Logistics, you’ll be responsible for the creation, presentation and implementation of logistics warehouse concepts. Your role bridges strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements and tender documentation.
- Analyze complex data structures to identify dependencies and design efficient processes.
- Create warehouse layouts and infrastructure concepts using Calculation- and CAD-tools as well as MS Office Products.
- Prepare cost calculations, pricing models, and commercial assumptions for proposals.
- Present solutions to customers and support sales during acquisition and implementation phases.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and align sub-projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify risks and initiate corrective actions throughout all project phases, including ramp-up and stabilization.
- Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
- Support operations with reports, tools, and analyses as requested by management.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in project management and/or solution design in contract logistics.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking, with hands-on mentality and initiative.
- Proven leadership skills in managing interdisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Proficiency in calculations, project management tools and change management methodologies.
- Very good practical knowledge of MSOffice Products.
- Knowledge of POWER BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing situations.
- Fluent in English and Czech; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and participate in long-term project assignments across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
