About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced technology leader to own and drive our regional Procurement Technology Platform.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform across multiple countries. You will lead platform operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and large-scale transformation programmes to standardise procurement technology across the region.
Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Risk, Audit and Technology teams, you will ensure the platform remains secure, scalable and capable of supporting future business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the regional Coupa Source-to-Pay platform and overall platform strategy.
- Lead platform operations, incident management and service delivery against defined SLAs.
- Drive platform enhancements, release management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead regional Coupa rollout and migration programmes aligned with Finance ERP transformation.
- Oversee platform governance including change management, master data, integrations and audit readiness.
- Manage relationships with implementation partners, vendors and managed service providers.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional platform team across support, project delivery and integrations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Risk and Technology.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience managing enterprise technology platforms.
- Minimum 8 years leading Procurement or Source-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing regional or global platform operations.
- Strong background in ERP integrations, platform governance and release management.
- Experience delivering multi-country system implementations or transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay business processes.
- Experience operating within SOX, ITGC or other regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
