Senior IT Manager

About Pixel Artworks.

Pixel Artworks creates immersive, cutting-edge experiences for brands and audiences around the world. We combine creativity, technology and production expertise to deliver standout work across live, digital and hybrid environments. Our teams rely on a robust, secure and well-managed technology environment to produce and deliver that work – from high-performance creative servers to collaboration tools and core business systems.

The Brief.

As our Senior IT Manager, you'll be the person who keeps Pixel Artworks running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be making sure our tech is secure, reliable and built for a fast-moving creative studio of 50+ people.

Day to day, you'll own everything from support and hardware to accounts, access and data management. You'll keep our creative servers and storage performing at their best, ensure our network is resilient, and make sure our people can work securely from anywhere, whether they're in the studio or on the road.

You'll take the lead on cyber security, backup and disaster recovery, so when things go wrong (and sometimes they do), we recover quickly and confidently.

Collaboration is a big part of the role, you'll work closely with our Production, Creative, Operations, Finance and Leadership teams to reduce risk, plan improvements and help shape how we grow.

Does this sound like you?

You'll bring 5+ years in an IT management or systems engineering role. Ideally from a creative, media or production environment with solid hands-on experience across servers, storage, backup and cyber security. You'll know your way around Windows environments, networking, identity management and hybrid working setups, and you'll be comfortable supporting high-performance creative machines and remote access.

Just as important as the technical skills is how you work. You're a clear communicator who can translate tech-speak into plain English, you’ll be a calm head under pressure, and someone who takes real ownership, spotting risks early, following through on improvements and building great relationships along the way. You're pragmatic, people-focused and someone who genuinely enjoy helping others.

Intrigued? Here's what the role involves.
