The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain Logistics, Project Coordination, or Project Management, managing end-to-end orders from quotation through delivery and installation.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, 3PL providers, freight carriers, and installation vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex delivery or implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, milestones, and customer expectations are met.
- Experience serving as the primary contact for B2B or corporate clients, handling project updates, stakeholder communications, customer relationships, and issue resolution.
- Experience coordinating multi-item deliveries and resolving fulfillment issues such as shipping delays, damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, missed deliveries, and warehouse shortages.
- Experience working with tangible products, physical inventory, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, furniture, technology hardware, or similar product-based industries.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, or similar ERP platforms) and CRM platforms for order management, inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and project execution.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and delivery operations.

Your Daily Tasks
- Follow established processes and system tools for quoting and order management execution
- Develop strong understanding of product and service offerings
- Respond to inbound inquiries within 24 hours
- Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail and time management
- Coordinate scheduling, equipment orders, installation appointments, and billing activities
- Proactively manage project timelines, stakeholder updates, delays, and issue resolution
- Communicate professionally with customers, third parties, and internal stakeholders
- Complete quotes, orders, delivery coordination, and project management tasks accurately and efficiently
- Uphold company standards related to pricing, service fees, and customer information requirements
- Provide weekly project updates in the system portal to support seamless execution
- Follow standard workflows while proactively enhancing customer experience and satisfaction
- Support the US Rehabilitation Sales team through accurate management of capital equipment orders
- Oversee the full lifecycle of capital equipment quotes and orders from inquiry through invoicing
- Coordinate consolidated delivery scheduling and final invoicing activities
- Build and maintain strong customer, vendor, and internal stakeholder relationships through exceptional service
