About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Marketing, this role will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and communications across MA Money.
You will play a key role in bringing marketing plans to life by coordinating activities across multiple channels, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, events, marketing automation, communications, and campaign coordination. They will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate the delivery of events, webinars, and partner conferences, including registrations, venue management, attendee communications, event activations, merchandise, and post-event follow-up.
- Support the Head of Partnerships & Marketing and Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing campaigns, broker engagement initiatives, communications, and brand activities.
- Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows, including audience segmentation, quality assurance, and campaign reporting.
- Create, maintain, and update marketing collateral to support campaign, sales, and business objectives.
- Maintain and update the company website, social media platforms, and digital assets to support marketing initiatives and business priorities.
- Assist in the production and distribution of marketing content across email, website, social media, and broker communications.
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and related tools.
- Leverage AI tools to support marketing activities, including content production, campaign optimisation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with maintaining CRM data quality, marketing databases, audience lists, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging, branding, and campaign delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and high-quality standards across all marketing deliverables.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or Marketing Executive role.
- Experience in financial services, lending, or a related industry is highly regarded.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, and communications activities.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Understanding of email marketing, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Experience managing websites and digital content using content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing workflows.
- Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
