FTS, in collaboration with a leading client in the Financial Services Industry, is seeking a talented and motivated D365 Application Developer to join its in-house technology team. In this role, you'll design, enhance, and support business-critical solutions that streamline operations and improve the employee experience across the organization. This role will focus on developing scalable applications, automations, and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who enjoys partnering with technical teams and business leaders to translate operational needs into practical technology solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, this individual will contribute to the full application lifecycle—from solution design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver solutions that drive measurable business value and process efficiency.

Experience/Skillsets:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions
- Strong development experience within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom application development
- Proficiency with JavaScript and other technologies commonly used to extend and customize D365 functionality
- Experience building and supporting system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure-based services, and integration platforms
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, including entities, forms, views, business rules, security models, and platform customization capabilities
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile development practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, defect tracking, and release processes
- Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Experience leveraging modern AI-powered development tools and assistants to improve productivity and solution delivery
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable business applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications with multiple interconnected systems and data sources
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solution architecture
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and participation in iterative software delivery environments
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teams to deliver successful project outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
