Mine Operations Excellence Specialist

We’re seeking a visionary leader with strong engineering foundation (Chemical, Mechanical or related discipline) who can connect strategy with execution and drive operational excellence across processing and production.

Working closely with senior leadership, this role will lead the development and delivery of long-term operational excellence that improve our plant performance, optimise productivity, enhance reliability and unlock sustainable value.

The Key Areas:

• Developing and executing operational strategies aligned to business objectives
• Driving plant optimisation, performance improvement and operational efficiency
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Identify opportunities to increase data, reliability and asset performance
• Building capabilities across teams and fostering a culture of accountability and vision
• Using data driven insights to support decision making and operational excellence

To Succeed, you will bring:

• Qualification in Chemical Mechanical or Process Engineering
• A proven track record in improving operational performance and delivering strategic outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in business, Management or Commerce (desirable)
• LEAN Six Sigma certification (desirable knowledge/practice of)
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels
• A curious and agile mindset, with the ability to bring vison into reality
