About the role:

We are looking for a Social Media Associate to support content creation, publishing, and community engagement across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands fashion and retail culture, and is excited to help brands show up consistently and creatively across platforms.

You will work closely with senior strategists, designers, and marketing leads to bring social narratives to life for the in-house agency account, as well as various client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day social media management across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms
  • Assist in content planning, scheduling, and publishing for multiple client brands
  • Create on-brand social assets in collaboration with design and creative teams
  • Write engaging captions aligned with each brand’s voice and messaging
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions to foster positive engagement
  • Track performance metrics and assist with reporting and insights
  • Stay current on platform trends, cultural moments, and emerging formats

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Experience working with fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong copywriting skills and a sharp eye for visual storytelling and graphic design
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while staying organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable being on camera and client-facing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred
