As a Marketing Production Designer, you'll play an essential role in supporting product marketing initiatives by creating visually compelling materials that highlight the company’s product portfolio. This is a production-focused role centered on catalogs, specification sheets, and marketing collateral rather than branding or conceptual design. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, efficient in execution, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lay out product brochures, catalogs, and specification sheets using Adobe InDesign.
  • Organize and arrange product photography into clean, professional layouts.
  • Perform advanced photo editing and retouching in Adobe Photoshop, including:

- Removing blemishes, glare, and imperfections.

- Adding shadows, reflections, and floor effects.

- Preparing images for publication and marketing use.

  • Create marketing graphics for email campaigns and trade show materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and product standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets and execute deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong attention to detail and layout accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently without direct client interaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with product-based or catalog-style design.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience in manufacturing or product-based companies.
