About the role

As a Victim Liaison Officer, you support the work of the Victim Transformation Programme by delivering support to victims of crime. You help victims to understand the decisions we make, the role of the Crown Prosecution Service and wider criminal justice system, and their rights during the legal process. You manage sensitive and challenging conversations in a calm, empathetic and professional way.

About you

You don’t need specific qualifications to apply – if you share our values and commitment to public service, we’d like to hear from you. It is desirable, but not required, that you have experience in working with victims of crime or a customer service environment.
