Client Success Manager (Meta Ads) — Remote

Reel Marketing is a fully remote agency helping home service and construction businesses across the Carolinas get more customers with Meta ads. Remote isn't a perk we tacked on, it's how we're built. Everyone works from home on a flexible schedule, and we care about the work getting done well, not clock-watching. We handle the whole thing for our clients: we build the video ads, run the Meta ad campaigns, and send our own videographer crew out to their job sites to capture the footage that makes the ads actually work. We're small, growing fast, and genuinely good at what we do.

About the role

We're looking for one person to own our client relationships end to end. This is a blended role, part client success and part ad manager. You'd be the main point of contact for a group of small-business clients: keeping them happy, helping build their monthly ad scripts and offers, running their Meta ad accounts, reporting on their results, and coaching them toward growth.

You don't need to be an expert "guru" media buyer, but you do need real experience running Meta ads and the ability to judge performance, to look at an account and know whether the ads are working or not, and what to do about it. Our videography team and editors handle all the actual video production, so this role is focused on the ad scripts, offers, account management, reporting, and the client relationship.

What you'll do

  • Be the day-to-day contact for your clients, onboarding them, coaching them, and solving their problems
  • Help build the monthly ad scripts and offers (our video team turns these into finished ads)
  • Run and optimize their Meta ad accounts, judging performance to keep results on track
  • Put together clear KPI reports so clients can see how they're doing
  • Keep clients on schedule and help them renew and keep growing with us

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience at a marketing agency, ideally a media-buying or Meta ads agency (required)
  • Real, hands-on experience running Meta ads in Ads Manager, and the ability to judge whether ads are performing
  • Comfortable helping shape ad scripts and offers
  • Great people skills, and genuinely enjoys working with and coaching small-business owners
  • Organized, reliable, and stays ahead of deadlines
  • Comfortable building and presenting simple KPI reports

Compensation: $4000–$8,000/month depending on experience, plus performance bonus opportunity
