We're looking for a Senior Copywriter to join a global business in the middle of a major brand transformation. This is a 9-month contract, £5.4k per month (circa £65k pro rata), remote with occasional trips into London for key meetings.
You'll help bring a new brand voice to life across every channel, working from brand guidelines to create copy that's evocative and purposeful. You'll also lead the migration of existing content over to the new brand, a big, hands-on piece of work in its own right.
This role suits someone who treats AI as part of their craft. You'll use Claude to produce a high volume of content at pace, directing and shaping its output with sharp editorial judgement, while writing plenty yourself. Moving between hands-on creative work and AI-assisted production day to day is core to the role.
What you'll be doing
- Translating brand guidelines into original copy across digital, internal, and external channels
- Leading the content migration workstream, rewriting existing copy to match the new brand voice
- Writing digital copy across web, social, email, and platform UI
- Working closely with designers and brand leads so copy and visual identity feel aligned
- Building and maintaining a tone of voice guide for the wider team
- Quality-checking and editing copy from others, coaching on brand voice where needed
- Juggling multiple briefs and deadlines without letting quality slip
- Bringing big-picture creative thinking alongside practical delivery
- Using Claude as a core production tool, generating copy at pace while keeping quality and brand consistency front and centre
- Directing and refining AI-generated output with expert editorial judgement
What you'll bring
- Experience leading or contributing to a rebrand or brand transformation, start to finish
- A strong in-house copywriting background, ideally from a tech company or tech-led environment
- Expert-level experience with Claude or similar AI writing tools, including prompt engineering and editing AI output
- Strong digital copywriting skills across web, email, and social
- Confidence turning brand guidelines into original copy rather than templated filler
- A portfolio showing range, from sharp conceptual brand work to clear functional copy
- Sharp attention to detail and strong editorial instincts
- The ability to manage your own workload independently in a fast-moving project
- A collaborative, low-ego approach, equally happy editing others' work and producing your own
Nice to have
- Experience in workforce solutions, staffing, or professional services
- Experience with global brand rollouts across multiple markets
- Time spent working within or alongside a comms or marketing function
- A background in content strategy or information architecture
