Job description

 Position: Inside Sales

 Job Location: Bangalore / Pune

 Experience: 3 – 10 Years

Job Requirements:

 Experience working in Software Services companies, preferably in Product Engineering Services Companies.

 Responsible for talking to the decision makers in North America & India and generating quality leads.

 Develop healthy pipeline and opportunities by cold and warm calls and drive them towards closure.

 Market research, campaign management and lead generation within offered IT Services from assigned geography.

 Responsible for account mapping.

 Arrange meetings with clients

 Plan initiatives to reach the target through appropriate channels.  Regular follow up with prospects to ensure future course of action.

 Working closely with onsite sales team ensuring proper co-ordination between the client and delivery team.

 Prepare & send daily report to the management team.

 Document lead generation activities and organizational info in CRM to generate progress reports.

 Energetic, competent & result oriented professional

 Excellent negotiation and inter-personal skills with demonstrated history in over achieving the targets.
